From quote to paid invoice, without re-keying a thing.
MixDispatch runs the whole job — quote, accept online, batch to trucks, deliver, invoice — so your office stops chasing paper and your plant keeps pouring.

The workflow
One thread from the phone call to the payment.
Every stage flows into the next — accept a quote and the order exists; sign a load and it’s ready to bill. Nothing is typed twice.
Quote
Priced from your rate card and sent in seconds. Customers accept online.
Order
Created automatically the moment a quote is accepted. No re-entry.
Delivery note
One per truckload — mix design, truck, batch & discharge times. Signed on site.
Invoice
Delivered loads consolidated in a click, sent as a PDF, tracked to paid.
What you get
Built for the yard, not the enterprise.
Everything an independent or multi-plant producer needs to run quotes, deliveries and invoicing — and nothing you’d need a consultant to switch on.
Quotes that close themselves
Priced from your rate card. Customers accept or decline from a link — which creates the order for you.
A dispatcher’s board
Every load from Scheduled → Dispatched → Delivered on one screen. Print the delivery note for the driver in a tap.
Delivery notes for concrete
Strength, slump, Dmax, cement, w/c, admixture, truck and times — the compliant ticket the site engineer signs.
Invoicing with no double entry
Consolidate a day or a month of delivered loads into one invoice. Record payments; watch it move to paid.
Branded PDFs & email
Quotes and invoices go out from your address, as a proper PDF, with an accept-online link built in.
Your numbers, your units
Cubic yards or metres, any currency, VAT on or off, your document prefixes and payment terms.
“The office stopped re-typing every ticket into three places. A load gets signed on site and it’s already sitting on the next invoice.”
— the problem MixDispatch was built to kill. Accounting still lives in QuickBooks; MixDispatch owns everything up to the payment.
Pricing
Simple, per plant. No per-seat games.
Priced on plants and volume, not headcount — because your office is small and your yard is the thing that scales. Prices in GBP; billed annually saves two months.

Questions
The things suppliers ask first.
Does this replace QuickBooks / our accountant?
No — and it’s not trying to. MixDispatch owns quoting, dispatch, delivery notes and invoicing up to the payment. Paid invoices are entered into QuickBooks as you do today; we just stop the double-entry before that point.
Is it only for ready-mix concrete?
It’s built around concrete — mix designs, slump, Dmax, delivery notes the site signs — but the quote-to-invoice engine works for anything you deliver by the load and bill for: aggregates, screed, blocks. Units, currency and VAT are all yours to set.
Do our customers need an account or app?
No. They get a link, see the quote, and accept or decline in one click — which creates your order automatically. Nothing to install.
Can it handle multiple trucks and part-loads on one order?
Yes. An order can be split across as many delivery notes as it takes — different trucks, different days, different quantities — and they consolidate onto one invoice at the end.
How long to get running?
Days. We load your rate card, mix designs and customers, set your units and terms, and you’re quoting. Onboarding and data import are included from the Multi-plant tier or available as a one-off.
Ready when you are

We’ll set MixDispatch up around how your plant actually runs — your mixes, units and paperwork — and you’ll see a quote turn into an invoice before the call ends.
